Privacy Policy & Data Transparency

RapidWeb Agency ("rapidweb.work", "we", "us", "our") delivers website infrastructure and turnkey assets for professional service firms. This policy transparently discloses how we collect, handle, and store inquiry and technical data across our website and third-party processors.

Data Governance Commitment

We collect information solely to communicate regarding website projects and deliver requested services. We do not sell or rent client data to third parties.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information provided directly by you when inquiring about or purchasing website packages:

  • Inquiry & Intake Details: Name, business email address, practice or firm name, existing website domain, and project briefs submitted via our hosted intake form or direct email.
  • Contextual Routing Data: Package selections, offer identifiers, marketplace asset IDs, and referral source indicators passed via URL parameters to streamline project scoping.
  • Technical Analytics Data: Page visits, referring URLs, browser type, approximate geographic region, and aggregate user interactions collected through Google Analytics 4.

2. Third-Party Services & Sub-processors

We work with third-party infrastructure providers to host forms, process payments, and measure site reliability:

Tally.so (Intake Forms)

Policy

Our online intake forms are hosted on Tally (operated by Tally BV). According to Tally's published security documentation, form submissions are encrypted in transit and at rest on European cloud infrastructure. Submissions also generate email notifications to alert us of new inquiries.

Stripe, Inc. (Payments)

Policy

Website package deposits and marketplace asset acquisitions are completed through hosted Stripe Checkout. Payment card data is transmitted directly to Stripe, Inc. under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance; RapidWeb does not store or process card numbers.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Policy

We use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-0EH55SRRGS) to measure aggregate website traffic and page interaction. Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. GA4 uses first-party cookies (such as _ga) to distinguish unique visits.

Cloudflare, Inc. (Edge CDN)

Policy

Our web pages are served via Cloudflare Pages and Workers for global CDN caching, SSL/TLS certificate termination, and DDoS mitigation.

3. Cookies & Browser Storage

This website uses local browser storage to persist UI theme preferences (such as dark mode and industry color palette) and temporary checkout session recovery context when payment flows are initiated. For analytics, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga) to measure visits over time. You may block or delete cookies through your browser settings or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. Direct Inquiries & Email Handling

When you email us at admin@rapidweb.work or trigger a mailto inquiry draft, your email address, message body, and submitted requirements are used strictly to communicate regarding your project scope and deliver website builds. Inquiries are handled directly by agency leadership and are not shared with marketers or data brokers.

5. Data Security & Retention

All website traffic is served over encrypted HTTPS connections (TLS). We retain client communications and transaction records as necessary to support ongoing website deployments, maintain client service records, and comply with standard legal or tax accounting requirements.

6. Your Rights & Contact Information

You have the right to request access to the personal information you have submitted to us, request corrections, or request deletion of your records.
